This beautiful villa lies in an outstanding location, Cala Baladrar, one of the most stunning bays of the Costa Blanca. It is only 5 minutes away from the charming fishermen´s village of Moraira, known for its spectacular sand beaches and its crystalline water.
The villa offers you a DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH. You will find that this is the perfect place to swim and to snorkel, thanks to the great richness of the local submarine flora and fauna.
Its fantastic location on top of a small cliff will allow you to enjoy MAGNIFICENT PANORAMIC VIEWS of the sea and of the Peñon of Ifach´s Natural Park. The villa has several large terraces decorated with different trees and plants perfect for reading or enjoying a family meal while admiring the sea. Another fantastic area of the house is its large outdoor patio, the ideal place for a siesta in the shade, listening to the soothing sound of the waves.
The main house is divided into two different floors connected by an indoor staircase. The top floor holds 3 bedrooms, all equipped with air-conditioning; two have a double bed and one two single beds and one bathroom with a bathtub. The three rooms offer fantastic sea views and the two double bedrooms have their own balcony. Bedroom number 4 also offers air-conditioning and its bathroom with shower is found on the same floor. Bedroom number 5 with air-conditioning, adjoining the house, has an ensuite bathroom with shower and independent access.
The kitchen is modern and has a large pantry. It opens on one side of the living room and on the other side to the barbecue area and a shaded outdoor lounge. It also has access to the front terrace, which offers the most spectacular sea views of the entire house.
The villa’s harmonious decoration, its antique furniture and the exposed wooden beams bring warmth and comfort to this beautiful traditional house.

I guess if I was being critical, the outside of the property is starting to need a little investment. The pool tiles in areas need renewing and some other areas need tidying.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in diesem gemütlichen Ferienhaus am Meer! Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft-selbst im Winter hat die Küste ihren ganz besonderen Charme.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in diesem gemütlichen Ferienhaus am Meer! Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft-selbst im Winter hat die Küste ihren ganz besonderen Charme.
Das Haus selbst war perfekt ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, ideal zum Wohlfühlen. Auch die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, sodass wir problemlos selbst kochen konnten. Die Mitarbeiter der Agentur waren wie immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Ferienhaus absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen nächsten Winter gerne wieder. |

This beautiful village is known for its charm and its spectacular sand beaches and crystal clear water. Next to the pool, a door gives you DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH. Just a few steps will lead you right into the amazing waters of one of the quietest bays of Moraira.
