This fantastic luxury villa stands out by the quality of its construction, of its furniture and of its installations. You will be amazed by the interior of the house and by the size of the bedrooms, the living rooms and most of all by its large kitchen. All 5 bedrooms have their own bathroom; three of them are en suite. All the bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen have air conditioning. Outside you will enjoy different spaces, all perfectly kept: 2 outside dining areas, a barbecue, a chill-out terrace and a pleasant pool-side area with sun beds and lawn. The pool is fenced for the security of the youngest occupants of the house.
This beautiful house is surrounded by an impeccably kept Mediterranean garden where rosebushes, bougainvillea and olive trees bloom. The house lies on a large plot lined with trees and with vineyards. You will enjoy a very privileged situation and a lot of privacy, barely any neighbors around. You will be just 600m away from the charming fishing village of Moraira, famous for its spectacular sand beaches and its crystal clear water, for its tranquility and for the quality offered by its restaurants and many shops.
The villa is divided onto 2 floors connected by an inside staircase. On the upper floor you will find the 2 living and dining rooms and the kitchen. This impressive has large glazed doors which open directly on the garden, the pool and the outside dining area.
In a more private wing of the main floor are three bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has an elegant en suite bathroom and a dressing. Bedroom #2’s bathroom is in the corridor. Also the information around the buttons to turn on the oven and temp had been worn away, so unsure of what was happening whenever we cooked! Which was every evening.
Its a small note but the air conditioning in some of the bedrooms is not direct to the room, so trying to get the AC to flow well and keep a good temp at night was a little frustrating. Instructions on how best to ventilate the rooms would have been useful. Solhabitat where always quick to help and offer support. |

The kitchen and utility areas are well provided with good washing and drying facilities. The property has ample parking space for 4 cars with an automatic gate for easy access. All in all a beautiful place to stay with just a 10 minute walk into the centre of Moraira and/or beach. |

A decent net for the pool, the skimmer type provided are prone to breaking easily as the previous people found out.

We had a real problem with white clothing going yellow following the pool clean, albeit we waited the time requested for the chemicals to dissipate. The pool edge was quite dirty (yellow), so following the clean this must of been in the water. The manual needs updating, the pool appears to have a new control system so the waterfall pipe doesn't work when you press the button by the pool. We had to "explore" the garage to find a rack and bricks to make the BBQ functionable, all worked well in the end. |

No kettle (we bought one 15 Euro and have left it for others), garden could do with some tlc, welcome pack would be good - milk, water etc. Tricky pulling out of entrance - a mirror on the opposite side of the road would be really helpful. Showers nesee more

- size of the house

Die Villa hat uns super gefallen, jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Auch die gepflegte Aussenanlage hat uns super gefallen. Ebenso die zentrale Lage, zu Fuss in 5-10 Minuten im Dorf, ist grossartig.
