- Our office is open every day of the year.
- We attend to you in your language before and during your stay.
- We will inform and advise you about the destination.
- We will check the house before your arrival so that it’s in a perfect condition, clean and with quality sheets and towels.
- On the day of your arrival we will welcome you in our office, as well as accompanying you to your rented house where we will explain everything you need to know about it.
- If you arrive before the check-in time and your house is not ready, you can leave your suitcases in our office while you enjoy your time in the town.
- We have extra beds, high chairs, cots, etc. Inform us of any special requirements before your arrival and we will do everything possible to fulfill it.
- We can organise many types of additional services such as a private chef, a native or bilingual babysitter in your language and we can even make the purchase for you!
- You will also be provided with an emergency telephone number so you can contact us in case the office is closed.
